  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to pitch to clients 

  • Hosting webinars to explain the concept

  • An ability to work on strategic plans as well as day-to-day tasks.

  • Ability to think both creatively and strategically.

  • Ability to run campaigns that deliver measurable results and meet objectives.

  • Deadline-oriented, inquisitive, with great follow-up and reporting skills.

  • Understanding of social media 

  • Responds well under pressure with a strict time limit.

  • Quick and enthusiastic learner.

Competencies and Skills Required

Business Development play a critical role in providing an interface between the company and the clients. As a lifestyle company, we are looking for candidates who have good communications skills, interpersonal skills and can handle stress well. The candidate should possess good listening skills, and the ability to think quickly, to make a recommendation or solution to the clients' problem. A clear and pleasant speaking voice and fluency in English is also desired. The major skills and competencies that we are looking for in a candidate are:
